He really learned what we wanted and helped us find it. In a seller's market, he still managed to get the seller to negotiate with us on our requests. He even arranged a second opinion on something I thought was unsafe and he helped us get the seller to fix the problem. It wasn’t enough for him to just close the deal, he actually cared that our home was going to be safe for my family. I would recommend LoRay to anybody.
